The claims administrator overseeing payouts for former Full Tilt Poker customers announced Tuesday that pros and employees will be excluded from the process.
The Garden City Group circulated an email late Monday evening, which prompted a reply from Poker Players Alliance Regional Director Rich “TheEngineer” Muny via his Facebook page.
"I received this from someone who received this from Garden City Group. I phoned GCG and they neither confirmed nor denied it."
The payout process is due to commence on September 16 (2013) for all eligible customers.

The list started with any "past or present employee of FTP or any of its past or present affiliates" and also included any "past or present vendor of FTP that received compensation through FTP players' accounts." The former group could span a breadth of talent within the online gaming industry, while the list of vendors could include online poker affiliates and related marketing companies.
"Past or present Team Full Tilt players" will also be removed from the remission process, according to the e-mail. The group includes the likes of Phil Ivey, Tom Dwan, Mike Matusow, and Jennifer Harman. Whether Full Tilt Poker's stable of so-called Red Pros will be affected remains to be seen.
Shareholders will also be excluded from the payment process, according to the claims administrator email.
Millions of dollars are owed to affected players, who have been waiting for over two years now following an indictment of Full Tilt Poker executives on April 15, 2011.
