South Carolina has won the last three in this series, albeit two of those games were at home and both of those were easy covers.  In fact, the Gamecocks have covered four of the last five games in this series.

One of the most significant stats in this series is that the UNDER has gone 11-2 in the last 13 meetings.  The total for this game was set at 56.

Here is an interesting factoid: The Bulldogs are facing back-to-back top-10 opponents for the first time since 1998.

While Georgia lost to Clemson last week, they do have two stars returning for the Gamecocks game.  Georgia’s defensive line should improve with sophomore safety Josh Harvey-Clemons junior safety Corey Moore.  Clemons served a one-game suspension while Moore suffered a knee injury.
