The Bucs, Panthers Super Bowl 2014 odds were both set at 35/1 odds.

Yes it’s hard to see either team making a Super Bowl run when they play in a division that includes the New Orleans Saints and Atlanta Falcons.  Still, both franchises are expected to improve in 2013 and may keep the division a 4-team horse race.

Chris Burke of Sports Illustrated writes of the Panthers:

If Cam Newton finds his rhythm in, say, September as opposed to December, the offense could be a top-10 group. How well the defensive backfield performs might make or break the Panthers’ chances at sticking in the division race all season long.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers ended the season at 7-9 and Darrelle Revis should be dangerous.

Super Bowl?  Probably not but at 35/1 odds, both teams are worth a look.
