The CONCACAF Gold Cup Final betting odds for Panama vs. USA has USA as the -250 favorite.  Panama would pay out $62.50 for every $10 bet win a win.  The Draw would pay out $35 for every $10 bet.  All odds courtesy of Bookmaker, which was offering up to $2500 in FREE money to new customers.
