Just when you thought you’ve seen it all, you haven’t. Introducing Pokertox or…Botox for poker players.
A New York doctor who specializes in aesthetic medicine, Dr. Jack Berdy, wants to create the perfect "poker face" using the botulinum toxin.
“Very few people can maintain a real poker face,’’ Berdy said in an interview with Fox News. “They have some ‘tells,’ some expression that gives away that they have a good hand or a bad hand’’ to an opponent.

Some players look at their cards and ‘‘might raise their eyebrows or raise one eyebrow’’ if they do or don’t like what they see.
“Some squint, or furrow their brows,’’ Berdy said.
“We can inject Botox appropriately’’ so the other player doesn’t get the message that they’re angry, disappointed or happy.
Botox does not come without its side effects, however, and it only last approximately three months.
Behind Viagra, Botox is the second-most popular prescription drug in the world and has served as a more cost-effective alternative to having cosmetic surgery.
Public Citizen, an American watchdog group, reports that there have been 180 severe reactions and 16 deaths associated with Botox use in a 9 year period.
