The US Government has agreed to pay back millions owed to players through an agreement reached with Full Tilt Poker’s new parent company PokerStars over the summer.  That process is set to begin in January as a Claims Administrator will be appointed during that month.

A statement on the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York reads: "The United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York is evaluating applicants for the position of Claims Administrator to handle petitions for remission for U.S. victims of the alleged fraud that Full Tilt Poker committed relating to player funds. The United States Attorney’s Office expects that the Claims Administrator will be selected and begin work in January 2013."

The administrator will review all claims and user account information.
