Tottenham Spurs Hire Andre Villas- Boas: Odds to Win 2013 Premier League at 25-1

Tottenham Spurs announced the hiring of Andre Villas-Boas to to succeed Harry Redknapp.  The Spurs were currently listed with 25-1 odds of winning the 2012-2013 Premier League at Sportsbook.

The 34-year-old Villas-Boas was discharged from Chelsea after this past season.  His contract is for three years at a reported salary of $6.2 million per season. 

 “He has an outstanding reputation for his technical knowledge of the game and for creating well-organized teams,” Tottenham Chairman Daniel Levy said. “Andre shares our long- term ambitions and ethos of developing players and nurturing young talent.”
