(Updated June 21, 2012 - Noon EST) - Internationally, the top bets for 21 June 2012 had Portugal getting heavy 75 percent action vs. Czech Republic in their quarter-finals match of the Euro 2012.  Portugal still had some value at 4/5 odds at WagerWeb.com, which was offering qualified new signups up to US$1000 in FREE CASH (players around the world are welcome).  Follow Gambling911.com on Twitter for all the latest top bets here.

In North America, Portugal was the biggest bet ahead of their Euro 2012 qualifier against Czech Republic with Portugal getting heavy lopsided action and was either the 1st or 2nd most bet on across the board overnight.  The Miami Heat spread and money line were getting the next heaviest action.  The Heat on the money line at -525 was shockingly receiving the most betting action at some books to win outright.

It is pretty amazing the confidence factor that Miami will win this series against Oklahoma City at home to capture the 2012 NBA Championship that gamblers are willing to wager over $50 to win $10 (the $50 is refunded only if the Heat wins).  It should be noted that these wagers were placed over a period of time and are series futures.

Still, other online bookmakers had Oklahoma City at +3 getting more action than even Miami.

We should note that the OKC money line was getting more action than the +3 spread at some books.

Greece v Germany and France v Spain Euro 2012 quarter-final matches to take place 22 June and 23 June, respectively, were getting more wagering action than any of Thursday’s baseball slate overnight, including the early game between St. Louis and Detroit.

The Cardinals and Dodgers were getting a tad more action Thursday morning than the Euro 2012 upcoming matches that take place after today.

The Royal Ascot races were getting decent betting action in the UK heading into Thursday.
