The OKC vs. San Antonio line was coming in at -4.5 for the Spurs for Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals at BetOnline.  Gambling911.com has observed that more than 75 percent of the spread betting action was actually on Oklahoma City here.

On May 30, the future prices for the 2012 NBA Championship at BetOnline were as follows:

NBA Conference finals series odds: Celtics +700 v Heat -940 & Thunder +485 v Spurs -615.  Boston would pay $700 for every $100 bet or $70 for every $10 while OKC would pay out $485 for every $100 bet or $48.50 for every $10.

At home, San Antonio is 29-9 Straight Up against Oklahoma City since 1996.  The Spurs have won their last four games Straight Up at home in this series and are 7-1 SU at home vs. OKC but the Thunder have managed to cover the current spread twice.

Serge Ibaka and Kendrick Perkins of the Thunder combined to score just 10.5 points on 26.1 percent from the field in Games 1 and 2. But the two picked things up when the series shifted to Oklahoma City, combining to average 29.5 points on 75.8 percent from the field in Games 3 and 4.  Whether that trend continues remains to be seen.
