The newly branded Revolution Gaming Network, featuring the likes of Lock Poker, Cake Poker and Intertops, the world’s first online gambling website, is expected to rank as the most trafficked US-facing online poker network by the end of June based on current trending data, overtaking what is currently the biggest North American-facing Web poker network, Merge Gaming.
Gambling911.com can reveal that preliminary numbers show a loss of approximately 34 percent of Merge’s player base after Lock officially left the network on Thursday. Within hours of that departure, Lock had already managed to average around the same number of cash players as Merge.
By Sunday morning, Revolution had 646 cash players on its site compared to 516 for Merge. Revolution had moved from the number 20 spot of world’s most trafficked online poker sites to number 17, but with only three day’s worth of data, Revolution is expected to settle in at the number 9 spot, jockeying for that position with Merge.
The Merge Gaming Network this past week peaked at number 7 before falling a notch to number 8 on Saturday.
Revolution is essentially the rebranding of the Cake Poker Network with Lock assuming all management duties.

Revolution Gaming does accept players from a number of states that Merge does not including New York, Washington, Louisiana, Maryland and Missouri. Revolution only prohibits players from the state of Utah.
