Good morning, good night or good evening!  No matter what city, state or off shore hide out your at, there’s only one thing that matters today ~ FINAL FOUR!

This past week, I had my debut on the famous Las Vegas Don Best Sports show.  Interviewed by fellow Buckeye, Pat Williams, we briefly discussed the Kentucky vs. Louisville and Ohio State vs. Kansas games.  My fireball picks were announced publicly and for that one guy who says I know as much about these Final Four teams as his housekeeper from Mexico………that’s what she said about you while your wife was shopping and you two were playing double dare in the laundry room closet big enough to fit my two year olds Woody doll in.  Sorry your still mad you lost all your money all those times betting on the 49ers and Los Angeles Clippers.  You should’ve started following my picks years ago!  Now get off my jock son, do better!

Back to regularly scheduled programming, let’s discuss the BLUEGRASS rivalry. Louisville 137.5 vs. Kentucky -9 ~ This is a no brainer folks but don’t get me wrong, I credit the Louisville boys.  The Cardinals are a solid team.  They work together and believe in teammate Peyton Siva.  When Siva is ignited, the team thrives on his flames.  These guys have forced 51 turnovers in four tournament games.  They push the pressure on defense and that’s exactly what they will need to do the entire game playing the Wildcats.  Taking every advantage of racking up the scores on turnovers, Louisville will keep the tempo high and make this one heck of a game.

As I said in my Don Best interview, this Kentucky team is a definite contender for one of the best teams they’ve had…..ever.  Their talent exceeds expectations and needs to be showcased in Bracket City, which is exactly why they are in the Final Four.  The only issue, which we all know, is the fact that they’re so young.  Can they mentally handle the pressure of “Bright lights, Big City”?  This is the Red Carpet of basketball.  Can they play the game as the proficient Kentucky team we’ve seen all season long or will this turn into a one man show once they step on the hard wood and see some of the biggest stars with their Beats By Dre headphones on rocking out while being a spectator?

The Cats will get fazed in this game, but they’re not going to get fazed out.  Like the saying goes, “Skaken not stirred.”  Talent will overcome this game securing a birth in the championship for the Kentucky Wildcats.
