Worldwide online poker traffic dropped 4 percent this past week.  This is typically the slowest time of the year for online play.

All ten of the top sites lost some traffic, with PokerStars losing 4.3 percent.  iPoker managed to hold onto the number 2 spot, but is in a virtual dead heat with PartyPoker.

The Merge Poker Network moved to the number 8 position, which is where they peaked prior to temporarily abandoning the US market this past summer.

Bodog Poker saw a 2 percent rise, one of the few online poker sites to see growth this past week.

All traffic numbers are from PokerScout.com.
