Yes it’s true, Democratic Massachusetts Congressman Barney Frank has joined the infamous club of celebrity nip slips.
Frank, who has been a huge supporter of one’s right to gamble online, appeared in a CSPAN video recently with a wardrobe malfunction.

The heater must have been broken on Monday while the Massachusetts congressman addressed the House of Representatives because his nips looked like they were about to rip out of his blue sweater!
He was talking about something, but all we heard was, "Nipple! Nipple! Nipple!" Guess the old saying is true. Nipples really do speak louder than words!
