There has been yet another postponement in the hearing to determine whether or not Full Tilt Poker is granted its license back.

The delay is only four days.  Originally scheduled for no later than 15 September, a set date has now been announced as 19 September at 9am at the Riverbank Park Plaza Hotel in London.

The Alderney Gaming Control Commission (AGCC) pulled FTP’s license on June 29 after it failed to pay US customers since April 15.  The US Justice Department indicted two co-founders of the company on that date, charging these individuals with money laundering and bank fraud.

An initial hearing 26 July allowed additional time for Full Tilt Poker to work on finalizing investor deals.  In recent days, news has surfaced that a previously announced European investment group had all but backed out of any deal to purchase Full Tilt Poker and/or any of its assets.
