Yet another class action lawsuit has been filed against the now defunct online poker firm Full Tilt Poker.

Two Canadians, Zayn Jetha and Donald Whelan, are the plaintiffs in the latest action, which was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York last week.

The suit claims monies have not been returned by Full Tilt Poker since indictments were lodged against two company executives on April 15 by the US Justice Department.  The plaintiffs are seeking those funds and punitive damage in addition to the cost of legal fees.

A previous class action suit was filed against FTP in June by plaintiffs Todd Terry, Nick Hammer, Steve Segal and Robin Hougdahl.  That one includes a RICO claim.
