San Diego Chargers Odds to Win the 2012 Super Bowl,

The San Diego Chargers odds to win the 2012 Super Bowl were at 8/1 and their odds of winning the AFC West division were at -340.  There is absolutely zero value in betting the Chargers to win the division at that price, especially when you have the Kansas City Chiefs looking to continue their hot play again this season.

Most experts believe that the Chargers will be too potent on both offense and defense to allow the Oakland Raiders and Kansas City Chief to steal away their thunder.

Quarterback Phillip Rivers had 4,710 yards passing and the 30 touchdowns last season.  Their top receiver, Vincent Jackson, is also back.  The San Diego defense has managed to stay mostly intact as well.

With the Chargers though there is always that question of whether head coach Norv Turner will manage to screw things up.

On paper, it looks as if San Diego has one of the softest schedules in the NFL this season with only 6 games we see the Chargers possibly losing.  It’s a toss up with the Chargers either going OVER or UNDER the 10 regular season wins.

Oakland winning the 2012 Super Bowl would pay almost $10,000 for every $100 bet while Kansas City would pay $5000.

To be clear, the Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy is pretty certain to land in Minnesota.  But what if the New England Patriots shock us and pick McCarthy at Number 3 before the Vikings get their opportunity at No. 5?
