It didn’t take long but PartyPoker has once again claimed the number two spot among the largest online poker rooms.

The iPoker Network captured the spot last week after Party lost some steam at the conclusion of a popular rake-free tournament promotion.

As of Monday morning, the PartyPoker website was averaging 150 more real cash players than iPoker (4150 vs. 4100). The 24 hour peak for Party was around 250 players greater.  They currently offer an Oktoberfest promo that will send dozens of lucky players to Germany for the big October party.

Both sites have enjoyed increased traffic numbers since the closure of Full Tilt Poker, the one time 2nd largest Internet card room, in late June.
