Man City Premier League odds were now at 7/2.  They had nearly the same odds of winning the 2011 – 2012 Premiership as Manchester United (7/4) and Chelsea (5/2).  Arsenal was a bit more of a long shot at 9/1 while Liverpool was coming in at 10/1 odds.  These prices were currently available at William Hill.

Man City odds could get a little longer with the prospect of stars Carlos Tevez and Luka Modric being shipped off to Chelsea in a potential £80million deal.  Holding out for better odds might be a wise decision where Man City is concerned, however, Chelsea could see their odds slashed further.  On the other hand, the move may have little if any impact on the odds.

Manchester City are reportedly demanding up to £50million for Tevez, who still has three years remaining on his contract.
