eGaming Review is reporting that a deal could be “on the table” to purchase Full Tilt Poker by late next week.

“On the table” and “Sealed” are two completely different things.  Full Tilt Poker, as we already know, comes with plenty of baggage.  This is a company that hasn’t paid US players in close to three months now and the European players are currently experiencing delays after FTP’s licensing arm shut them down last week.

eGR also reported that these “investors” are part of the financial sector and this would be their first move into iGaming.  They also deny recent reports that indicted founder Raymond Bitar has stepped down from the company.

They also shot down rumors that Full Tilt’s license would be restored this Friday July 8.
