Oklahoma City Thunder Odds to Win 2011 NBA Championship

The Oklahoma City Thunder odds to win the 2011 NBA Championship were listed at 11/1 coming into their series against the Memphis Grizzlies.  This one is going into Game 6 with Oklahoma City a -2 point favorite against Memphis Friday the 13th at SBG Global

The Thunder easily beat Memphis Wednesday night 99-72, but that game followed a breathtaking 133-123 win by Oklahoma City that came after triple overtime Monday night. That evened up the series 2-2 with Memphis having led prior to this time.  Now the Grizzlies face elimination Friday.

"There was no fatigue factor for us. ... I thought our guys came in with focus," Oklahoma City coach Scott Brooks said after the game. "You beat good teams by really executing very well and with good effort, and we did both of them tonight."

Financially, the Thunder organization continued to build on the positive returns experienced from relocating from Seattle to Oklahoma City. In January 2011, Forbes Magazine estimated the franchise's worth at $329 million, up 6% from 2009–10 and ranking #18 in the NBA.  Those numbers will likely improve further should OKC advance to the Conference Finals this weekend.
