According to the popular website LawDonk.com, Full Tilt Poker is to begin making payouts to US customer beginning some time next week.

Full Tilt Poker was among three online poker sites indicted for money laundering and bank conspiracy on April 15.

The US Attorney’s Office out of the Southern District of New York, which prosecuted the case, has been working with legal counsel for PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker and UB.com (the three indicted companies) to expedite payments to affected players.

To date, Full Tilt Poker has resisted, citing they might be breaking the law by sending such payments out.  UB.com is studying its options and has yet to fully pull out of the US market.

PokerStars has already agreed to fully pull out of the US market.  Customers reported receipt of payments from PokerStars this week.
