A Florida woman is accused of stealing some $500,000 from her in-laws.  Jennifter Dennison, 42, is said to have gambled all the money away, but not before winning an amazing $13 million.

She first won the $13 million at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Tampa.

But over a two year period, Ms. Dennison is said to have spent more than $14 million at the casino, resulting in losses of $700,000.

Her elderly in-laws only found out about the theft after a check to pay a dental bill bounced.

While Dennison’s husband Scott held power of attorney for his parents, it was Dennison herself who handled all the finances.

Dennison was arrested on Tuesday and charged with the theft.

"She stripped us clean," said 88-year-old Laverne Dennison.   His wife, Janet, 73, suffers from early stages of dementia. "I didn't think things like this happened."
Hernando County Sheriff's investigators claim that Jennifer Dennison forged her father-in-law’s name on checks, while draining at least six of their bank accounts and cashing in a pair of the couple's life-insurance policies that totaled $36,000.
