A third Chicago police officer has been stripped of his badge following a shocking strip poker sex attack case that has taken the city by storm.

A source tells the Chicago Tribune that the third cop in question has nothing to do with the case, but had a previous complaint filed against him in connection with an incident involving another young woman one night he was partnering with one of the other two accused officers.

Last week it was learned that a 22-year-old woman was found by two officers, neither of whom have been identified as of yet, on the sidewalk outside her boyfriend’s home crying following an apparent argument.  The officers offered to drive her home.  She later reported that one of the two men had sex with her in their marked SUV.

She then stated the three played a game of strip poker at her apartment.  Feeling intimidated by their sexual advances, she proceeded to have sex with the second officer.

MyFoxChicago.com reported that she then pounded on a neighbor's door for help, who later opened it to see a naked man running down the hallway and a uniformed officer walking away.

The woman was sent to the hospital for treatment. A criminal investigation is under way.

The two officers under investigation in direct connection with the sexual assault are ten-year veterans of the force.  Both are believed to be 38 years old.
