Coming into the 2010 regular season, the Green Bay Packers odds to win the 2011 NFC Championship were set at 4/1.  The Packers were among the early favorites to win.  Their odds had not changed much during the course of the regular season despite a few disappointing games and a string of injuries.

Now the Green Bay Packers are off to the Super Bowl.  They opened the season with 12/1 odds of winning the 2011 Super Bowl.

The Chicago Bears opened the season with 12/1 odds of winning the 2011 NFC Championship and 30/1 odds of winning the Super Bowl.

The Packers led in the first half 14-0.  In the second half, Chicago quarterback Jay Cutler went out with a knee injury.  He was replaced with backup Todd Collins.

While the Bears managed to score two touchdowns in the second half, an interception in the final minute sealed Green Bay’s way to the 2011 Super Bowl.
