John Racener’s mugshot has been published across the Net following his third DUI.  As Gambling911.com’s own Thomas Somach reported, Racener’s multiple drunk driving offenses means he will be serving time in prison, at least 30 days.

According to the government website operated by the Florida Highway Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, under the section titled Florida DUI and Administrative Suspension Laws, a third conviction for DUI in the State of Florida within a 10-year period mandates a punishment of at least 30 days in jail.

Racener, of South Tampa, was arrested this past weekend and refused a blood-alcohol testing.  Jail records show he was booked into the Hillsborough County Jail on $1000 bail.

Racener was the 2nd place finisher at this year’s World Series of Poker main event.  The 24-year-old walked away with $5.5 million.

A film is currently being shot about Racener’s life entitled “On The line: John Racener”, which will be a revealing behind the scenes look at what it is like to be one of the world’s top professional poker players, including the ups and downs, the later of which we wonder will include his DUI offenses.
