With just 24 hours left until the Iron Bowl 75, the Auburn vs. Alabama line has seen virtually zero movement since opening at -4 earlier in the week.  Betting action on this game was fairly balanced.  Bookies believe this will be one of the most bet on games of the College Football season, especially since both teams are ranked.  Only some half point line fluctuations have been observed at online bookmakers.

The best value to be had in this game was a money line of +155 for Auburn that would pay out $15.50 for every $10 bet at PlayersOnly.com should the Tigers win outright.

While Alabama has won the last two games in this series, Auburn won the previous six games before that and they have covered four of the last five.

The No. 2, unbeaten Tigers and the No. 11 Crimson Tide haven't been rated this high playing one another since 1994.

Nowhere will this game be more heavily wagered on than in the state of Alabama, where both schools are located.  Experts anticipate plenty of localized “illegal” betting in the state, though authorities have already made it clear such activity will be viewed as a “low priority”.

"This week brings out the best and the worst in the people of Alabama," David Housel, retired athletic director at Auburn, told ESPN.com. "When the game is played, the players and coaches reaching their potential on the football field, it's the best Alabama has to offer."
