Depending on which team you plan on backing, the Chargers vs. Raiders spread featured two numbers:  -6 and +6 ½.  The -6 spread offered at BetED.com would obviously appeal more to San Diego backers.  The Raiders +6 ½ point line could be found at BetUS.com.  Nearly 90 percent of the action on this game was going towards the Chargers.

The 2-2 Chargers last week annihilated Arizona last weekend, winning that game by a score of 41-10.

Among the highlights: Mike Tolbert rushed for 100 yards for the first time in his career and added his third rushing TD of the season.  Philip Rivers threw two touchdown passes for the Chargers, both to Antonio Gates who leads the NFL with six TD receptions.

Meanwhile, the 1-3 Oakland Raiders lost at home to Houston.

Darren McFadden had 129 total yards and Zack Miller had his third career 100-yard receiving game for Oakland.  Bruce Gradkowski is 0-2 since being named the Raiders starting quarterback.

San Diego has absolutely dominated this series with Oakland, winning the last 10 games.  Worse still for the Raiders, 9 of those games were won by more than the current spread.  In fact, the Chargers are a very impressive 14-4 ATS vs. Oakland since 1992.

The Raiders are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 games following an Against The Spread loss.  Ean Lamb reporting for Gambling911.com
