Russell Wilson is heading to Las Vegas?
Could be, at least according to the oddsmakers.
They are convinced he won't be sticking around in Pittsburgh.
The Raiders are favored at 3/2 odds.
Makes sense.
Wilson would be reunited with his former head coach, Pete Carroll, for whom the two are known to have an amicable relationship.
But ESPN points out the obvious.
Ryan McFadden writes:
Though Wilson has a relationship with coach Pete Carroll dating back to their Seattle days, he is 36, and the end to his first season with the Pittsburgh Steelers wasn't glamorous. Wilson completed 62.7% of his pass attempts while throwing for 708 yards, five touchdowns and two picks during Pittsburgh's four-game losing streak to close out the regular season.

"They have the No. 1 overall pick in the draft, but the AP’s mock draft has the Titans trading down and selecting Penn State edge rusher Abdul Carter with the third pick. Wilson could serve as a mentor for Will Levis and a young quarterback selected in the later rounds. New general manager Mike Borgonzi said last week at the combine the team is considering all options, so Wilson has to be a possibility depending on the team’s draft decision."
Justin Fields has been hot with the betting markets, especially as it applies to the Jets. Those odds remain pretty short still at 4/1.
He's also not favored to be re-signed with the Steelers.
