NFL MNF Consensus Plays: Eagles-Bucs, Rams-Bengals

This game opened with a line of Eagles -6 and has moved down to -4.5. 79% of the spread action was still on Philadelphia. We have Tampa at +5.
The books seem especialy anxious to get action on the Bengals. The line has dropped from -7 to -3 Cincy but even at -3 the public is loving LA at a 60% to 64% clip.
In the last two seasons the Buccaneers have gone 2-0 versus the Eagles. They did have Tom Brady at the helm, do keep in mind.
