We've been enjoying a nice run in the NBA of late but got clobbered backing a very bad Trailblazers team last night.  The rationale was good with this one.  Utah had only won a single game on the road and lost by no less than 8 in all others.

The Lakers come into San Antonio as a -7 favorite.  We get a number of 9.5.  The Lakers have won six of their last eight and one of those was a two-point loss to Dallas.  This one does scare us in that the number has dropped from -7 to -6.5 despite around 80% of the action on LA.   There's an obvious opinion here.  The Spurs are also desperate for a win here. A few of the top cappers are backing the Spurs.  We can't go that far.

The 76ers number seems high (-15.5) hosting the dreadful Pistons but we have this one on the money.  We get 15.37.

The Pelicans opened at -6.5 playing in Charlotte.  That number is on the money but it's moved to 8.5.

Boston opened as a -6 favorite hosting the Magic.  This one dropped to -4.5 but we get a number of 7.72.  Underlays in the 6 to 7.5 range have gone 9-1 for the favorite in recent weeks.   Orlando has won the last four games in this series.   The Sports Hub Insider is on Boston and we will be too.
