Updated Vegas Betting Odds for 2015 Kentucky Derby: American Pharoah Odds Dip
BetDSI.com has your updated Vegas betting odds for the 2015 Kentucky Derby as of Friday afternoon.
While American Pharoah remained the odds-on favorite to win, his price had dipped even further over the past 24 hours from +200 to +245.
“These are the best odds on American Pharoah we have seen yet,” noted Don Shapiro of Gambling911.com. “Whether this has to do with starting from a post position that has only won a single Kentucky Derby is anybody’s guess.”
Dortmund was now closing in on the favorite with odds that would pay out $405 on a $100 bet.
Meanwhile, El Kabeir appears to be on the verge of a scratch and BetDSI.com, as a result, pulled odds on this particular horse.
Owner Ahmed Zayat was concerned over his horse taking a few bad steps Friday.
