All Clear Leading to Kentucky Derby Post Time as Showers Move Out

Showers Expected Until 2 pm Day of Kentucky Derby

The latest hourlies came in at 1:30 pm EST with only a 15 percent chance of showers heading into post time of this year's Kentucky Derby.

McCracken at 7-1 odds is the best of the mudders, having won in the muck of Churchill Downs a few months ago. The track conditions were expected to be dry however.

Clearing skies were to take over immediately after this recent rain and the current hourly forecast has partly cloudy skies by 6 pm.
