Lone Sailor was coming in at 25-1 odds in Saturday's Preakness Stakes.  He is one of the horses that ran in the Kentukcy Derby, finishing in 8th place.  SCROLL DOWN FOR MORE

He’s got a win in the mud, which is important as rain could be in the forecast Saturday.

He was a Louisiana Derby runner up just days before the Kentucky Derby (by a neck) so that's got to count for something.

His post position start in the Kentucky Derby was one of the best spots and he still came up quite short.

Since breaking his maiden last September, he hasn’t won a race in seven tries now.
