Believe You Can had some great value to win Friday’s Kentucky Oaks at 12/1 at Belmont.com, where you can receive up to $250 in FREE CASH for qualified customers.

The filly went five furlongs in :58 2/5 over Churchill Downs muddy track this weekend.

To put this in perspective, Believe You Can beat out the Derby favorite, Bodemeister, and was the fastest recorded distance of the ten horses working that day.

“She's got a big shot,” owner Brereton C. Jones said of how his filly rates against the probable Oaks field. “There are some very nice fillies in there. We will have to wait until after the race to see who has the bragging rights. Right now, we are pleased with the way she is going into the race.

“She is committed to being a race horse. She has a pretty good mind and doesn’t get the least bit squirrely. And she’s got a wonderful way of traveling. That’s a very good combination. And she’s in the hands of a very good trainer. So it all fits together.”

How We Follow Horse Racing Has Completely Changed

Horse racing has always been a sport built on routine. Certain days meant certain tracks, the form guide landed when it landed, and if you missed a race, you simply caught up later. Following the sport required a bit of commitment, a bit of patience, and often a bit of guesswork.
