In fact, a search for "losing lottery tickets” via eBay will typically result in stacks of worthless lottery tickets being sold for as little as $10 for Pennsylvania tickets to just shy of $600 for a jaw-dropping 90,000 Florida losing tickets. These are sold as "vintage" or "collectibles" and sometimes they'll be described as "rare". Hotel booking listings for the beautiful Palette Las Vegas ultimately lead customers to a totally different hotel, that being the OYO Hotel & Casino. There is no Palette Las Vegas and the photos accompanying the listings appear to be AI-generated.

Arrest Ordered for High-Flying Sports Betting Influencer and Birkin Bag Pusher ‘Vegas Dave’

You can run, but you can't hide. A flashy sports betting influencer — known for his Birkin bag collections and mansions — was slapped with an arrest warrant from a Las Vegas judge Joe Hardy Thursday after he no-showed a civil court proceeding, according to court records. He was to be arrested on a no-bail bench warrant for noncompliance with a contempt order. There are unconfirmed reports that David Oancea may have fled the U.S. Oancea is known for pushing Birkin designer bags. The arrest warrants stems from a long-running civil case involving Cabo Platinum, a luxury vacation-rental company in Mexico. Oancea was hit with a $30.2 million judgment in 2025 after litigation involving Cabo Platinum. The underlying dispute included allegations that Oancea interfered with or canceled confirmed vacation-rental bookings involving his properties and made damaging statements about the company. Oancea appealed the judgment. The situation subsequently became a fight over collecting the judgment and Oancea's compliance with court orders. This remains a fluid situation.
