Maria Bartiromo Trump’s Next Press Secretary Odds

Fox News Media announced on Sept. 3, 2026 that Maria Bartiromo's contract was terminated effective immediately.  Bartiromo had not appeared on any of her three shows since Aug. 9, 2026.  The final episode of her three‑hour weekday show "Mornings with Maria" aired that morning and will be renamed "Mornings with FOX Business" on Sept. 4 with rotating anchors.  Meanwhile, her chances of becoming U.S. President Donald Trump's next press secretary were just 13% at the prediction markets.

Before he was named UNC football general manager, Michael Lombardi hosted popular gambling shows that included The Lombardi Line on VSiN and co-hosted the gambling-focused “Hammer Dahn".  Then he was named UNC football program's GM to aid Bill Belichick.  On Thursday, Lombardi resigned following news of an intensifying probe into alleged inappropriate behavior within the program.  Lawyers investigating UNC football questioned people about allegations involving assistant Steve Belichick and, separately, about a possible sexual relationship between at least one employee and at least one player.

Two Fargo North Dakota Brothers Charged in Robbery of Private Poker Game, Fired Dealer Suspected Involvement

Two Fargo, North Dakota brothers have been charged with felony robbery of a private poker game last month, holding six men at gunpoint.  Jackson James Dubois, 22, of Fargo, and Delton Robledo Dubois, 20, of West Fargo, were each charged August 28 in Cass County District Court with robbery involving a firearm, dangerous weapon, or destructive device, a Class B felony. Both were arrested August 31 and remain on the Cass County Jail roster.
