MLB games were getting underway early on Thursday with no game seeing early action out of sequence (i.e. a late game having more betting volume than most of the games played before it).

There is already some early action on the Timberwolves vs. Lakers game, even more so than a few UEFA matches being played on Thursday.  Then we should see plenty of action on the upcoming NFL Draft.

Giants vs. Phillies

BOTTOM LINE: The New York Yankees will attempt to prolong a three-game win streak with a victory against the Tampa Bay Rays.

Tampa Bay has gone 8-7 in home games and 8-10 overall. The Rays have the third-ranked team on-base percentage in the AL at .330.

New York is 11-7 overall and 3-3 in road games. Yankees hitters have a collective .485 slugging percentage to lead the AL.

The teams meet Thursday for the first time this season.
