The 54-year-old Balzano, a member of the New Jersey DeCavalcante crime family that inspired the HBO series “The Sopranos”, was driving on Route 17 in New York State when he suddenly stopped in front of another car, got out and began beating up the man.

The car cam captured it all.

“You want to play f—— games, you little c———!” Balzano yells at the other driver. “You want to cut me off like a tough guy?”

The driver’s wife can be overheard frantically calling 911 emergency.

“Someone is hitting my husband!” she screams, before a thud is heard, she yelps, “Oh my gosh!”

Balzano is scheduled for sentencing on May 16. He faces up to two years in prison on supervised release violation.

The DeCavalcante mob crimes over the years have included, but are not limited to, racketeering, extortion, loan-sharking and gambling, as well as labor-racketeering.
