We are learning Sunday that NBA free agent Malik Beasley has reportedly been evicted from his apartment. The NBA star is currently under investigation as part of a gambling probe.
Court records show Beasley was evicted from his Detroit high rise apartment on Wednesday.

Beasley's landlord sued him twice this year in Michigan's 36th District Court for a total of $21,505 in unpaid rent, the records show. The first case was dismissed in March, but the court issued an eviction order in the second suit -- for $7,355 -- after Beasley failed to respond.
The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York is investigating Beasley regarding gambling allegations tied to league games.
“In 23 years of practicing law, I've had numerous clients federally investigated who have never been charged,” Haney said. “Hope people keep that in mind and reserve judgement.”
The probe into Beasley comes 14 months after the NBA banned Toronto’s Jontay Porter, who was linked to a prop bet investigation and eventually pleaded guilty to committing wire fraud.

Influencer Emilie Kiser's Husband Allegedly Placed a $25 NBA Bet Before 3-year-Old Son's Fatal Drowning
Reports surfaced in recent days that Brady Kiser may have been preoccupied with an NBA game and had just placed a $25 bet with the online sportsbook DraftKings minutes before his three-year-old son's May drowning in the family swimming pool.
Kiser is the husband of TikTok and social media influencer Emilie Kiser and father to their two young sons, Theodore (an infant). and the drowning victim Trigg.
Brady was caring for the children at their home in Chandler, Arizona at the time of the incident.
Police found that little Trigg was unsupervised in the family’s Chandler, Ariz., backyard for more than 9 minutes and was “in the water for 7 of those minutes,” the report first obtained by People and made public on Aug. 8 revealed.

The wager was for Celtics star Jayson Tatum scoring over 40 points in the game against the Knicks. Kiser was paid out $102.50 after Tatum scored 42 points in the 121-113 loss.
Surveillance cameras captured the toddler playing on an inflatable chair around the pool before tripping and falling in the water at 6:32 p.m.
Kiser didn’t discover his son unresponsive in the pool until 6:39 p.m.
