Jaylen Brown
  • Jaylen Brown is still favored to be playing in Boston next season

  • The Hawks lead the pack among teams other than the Celtics who could land Brown, according to the oddsmakers at BetOnline

To be clear, Jaylen Brown is still favored to be playing in Boston next season at -250.  But there is talk.

If the Hawks wanted to trade for Brown in a standalone deal as opposed to a multi team trade, the costs would be astronomical, impacting the current roster and future draft picks.   Yet they still come in as 2-1 favorites once the Celtics are removed from the equation.

Atlanta just happens to be Brown's home town.

There is lots of smoke out there about Jaylen Brown and the Boston Celtics parting ways.

It’s a brave new world for athletes with their own podcasts, YouTube channels and Twitch streams.

Brown went on an extremely odd rant on Twitch that was a bad look for him after the Celtics blew a 3-1 lead to the Sixers.

The oddsmakers at BetOnline.ag have opened lines on whether or not Brown will return to the Celtics and, if not, what team will he play for next year.

Will Jaylen Brown return to the Boston Celtics?

Yes -250

No +170

Note: Current odds imply a 71.4% probability of Brown returning to Boston.
