No one knows, but Jalen Hurts could be out for some time, and that possibility has had a massive impact on odds across the football world.

For example, the spread for this week's pivotal Cowboys-Eagles matchup swung 7.5 points as the news of Hurts' shoulder injury broke.

SportsBetting.ag opened the spread at Eagles -1, but then on Monday morning and for the next 24 hours the line moved in the Cowboys favor, ultimately getting as high as -6.5. The current spread is Dallas -5.5.

Additionally, Hurts was the MVP favorite the last two weeks, getting as low as -160 Monday morning (Patrick Mahomes was +160 and Josh Allen +900), but now he's third on the list.

The Eagles Super Bowl odds took a hit as well, going from +400 to +450.

Finally, Brock Purdy is seeing some serious backing for Offensive Rookie of the Year. He only appeared on the odds board below ahead of Week 14 (with 50-1 odds), but after consecutive victories his odds have gone from 25-1 to 14-1 to, now, 8-1.
