Introduced by Maryville State Senator Dave Burke last week, Senate bill 375 would allow fantasy sports to operate under current rules established by the Ohio Casino Control Commission.

The Commission would have the authority over fantasy gaming that is similar to the authority it currently has over skill-based games.
