BetAmapola downgraded

While helpful at first in getting a customer paid, BetAmapola's lack of communication has resulted in Gambling911.com downgrading the site for the month of June 2026 until this issue is resolved.

A player claims to be owed thousands of dollars and is unable to receive further payments.

Gambling911.com was able to assist with an initial payment with no more forthcoming.

BetAmapola was initially quick to reach out and acknowledge that the customer in question had joined via a "rogue" employee who left the company with a customer list that included the affected individual.

Gambling911.com has made multiple attempts to make contact with BetAmapola to no avail.

Gambling911's contact there has been out on extended leave, which could explain the lack of response.

The company also operates the oldest land-based casino on the Pacific Coast, Amapola Casino.

A downgrade indicates that corrective measures must be taken before Gambling911.com can promote a company.  It does not necessarily suggest a gambling operation is or is becoming insolvent.

Gambling911.com is the most visible gambling news media site in the world.  Current and prospective customers seek out the site to understand the current climate including real customer reviews of companies posted monthly.

What a Downgrade Means

  • BetAmapola must take immediate corrective measures and improve its communication process in order for the downgrade to have the downgrade removed on July 1.
  • A payment plan must be presented in regard to this player and any other customers who may be negatively impacted
