It's certainly not one of the most sexy games of the week.

The lowly Carolina Panthers take on the red hot Philadelphia Eagles as a +14 road dog.

At least one high stakes gambler is of the belief the Panthers don't stand a chance in this one.

Forget the -14 spread.  This individual is betting Philadelphia to win outright on the money line, obviously at a significant price.

Derek Stevens of Circa Sports announced this week that they have taken the $3M dollar bet.

Circa operates perhaps the best walk-in sportsbook in Las Vegas.  If you are lucky enough to live in one of these states you can also bet with Circa Sportsbook online: Nevada, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa and Kentucky.

With this type of money on Philadelphia, Circa is hoping - and praying hard - that much of the rest of the Panthers moneyline action comes in on Carolina.

VSiN tweeted out this weekend:

"Help Wanted: @DerekJStevens is looking for anyone interested in the Panthers' moneyline because @CircaSports took a $3M bet on the Eagles today.  So if you like the Panthers, Circa is the place to go."

It would probably help if Circa operated online in North Carolina.  It does not.

The profit would be $400k if the Eagles win outright and that $3 million stake is returned to the gambler as well.  Should the Panthers upset Philadelphia, Circa Sportsbook walks away $3 million richer.

Do be sure to follow both Derek Stevens and Circa's Director of Operations, Jeff Benson, on Twitter.
