The Sportsbook.com website was down much of Saturday afternoon March 7, 2009 and well into the evening, but by 10 pm EST all was well once again.

Gambling911.com advised its readers to access their Sportsbook.com accounts  by visiting Super Book (Superbook.com) which is part of the Sportsbook.com family.    This is always something to keep in mind should there be future outages such as that which we witnessed with Sportsbook.com and its other sister site, PlayersOnly.com.

We still do not know the nature of the issue that caused this outage.

Gambling911.com had received a number of emails asking why the Sportsbook.com website is down and what alternative means were available to access one's account.  Just under 400 players were redirected to the Super Book website by Saturday evening until the problem was eventually resolved.
