Stevo Design, Inc. is suing SBR Marketing Ltd. over a trademark infringement.  SBR Marketing runs the popular Sportsbook Review website and posting forum

ORDER Granting 17 Motion to Deem Service Effectuated. Defendant SBR Marketing will have 20 days from the date of this order to file any responsive pleadings. FURTHER ORDERED that 18 Motion for Clarification Regarding Stevo's Service Obligat ions to SBR Marketing Ltd. is GRANTED.
