Sportsbook Refunds All Green Bay Packers Bets

Following last nights final second controversial call that witnessed Seattle win against Green Bay, though video clearly showed the Packers had an interception, popular online bookmaker Sportsbook.com (.ag) has decided to refund all Packers bets.

These wagers are being returned in the form of a website credit.

Seahawks receiver Golden Tate was awarded the touchdown despite video footage showing Packers safety M.D. Jennings appearing to catch the ball against his body in the end zone, with Tate getting his arm around the ball.

One official indicated a stoppage of play while the other ruled it a Seahawks touchdown.

Former NFL coach Jon Gruden, working the game for ESPN Monday Night Football, called "tragic" and "comical."

Tate clearly shoved cornerback Sam Shields to the ground on the play, but as Gruden noted, offensive pass interference almost never is called on desperation passes.

"Don't ask me a question about the officials," Green Bay coach Mike McCarthy said. "I've never seen anything like that in all my years in football."

"I know it's been a wild weekend in the NFL and I guess we're part of it now," he said.
