Oversight Hearing on the U.S. Department of Justice Opinion on Internet Gambling

Those wishing to follow today’s Oversight Hearing on the U.S. Department of Justice Opinion on Internet Gambling will be able to do so at 2:15 pm EST via the Web here. *Note:  The hearing has commenced as of 2:47 pm EST.  This hearing is taking place February 9 2012.

The hearing is a third in a series that started late last year to study Internet gambling and its potential impact on U.S. consumers and the overall economy.  This particular hearing will focus on the impact of Tribal gambling in the States.   

It comes at a time when Gambling911.com is learning that Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid could be poised to attach a bill for legalized online poker to the Senate's unemployment payroll tax bill this month.
