Forget nukes!  It now appears as if North Korea leader Kim Jong-un has another secret weapon against the South Koreans….. online gambling.

North Korea’s general intelligence bureau produced a program that enables users to operate illegal gambling sites and circulated it in Korea, a report on Dong-A Ilbo suggests.

According to the South Korean cyber security community, a program for operating illegal gambling servers that has the IP address of the North’s general intelligence bureau hidden in it was discovered on a website that world cyber security experts launched late last month to check malign codes after sharing various computer programs and files. The title of the program is "Poker game server."
