NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has not dismissed the idea of the Raiders relocating to Las Vegas, this despite some NFL team owners saying such a move would be a nonstarter to even consider.

The National Football League has long been opposed to gambling in any form, including InstaCasino online casino.  Over the past year, the league has embraced Daily Fantasy Sports, which many, including a handful of state Attorney Generals, consider a form of sports betting.

“Mark Davis is appropriately looking at all his alternatives,” the NFL commissioner said this week, referring to the Raiders owner.

He added:  “Those are things we’d have to deal with. We would have to understand the impact on us. Each owner would have a vote; it would be a factor many owners would have to balance, the league would have to balance.”

The city of Oakland has not committed to building a new stadium for the Raiders, thus prompting Davis to look elsewhere.  Other considerations include San Antonio and San Diego.
